TAXONOMY OF PROGRAMMING
Programmers are people or users who indulge in or are experts in writing computer codes. Their major responsibilities are to write programs that perform a given or specified function.
Programs, however, denote the codes or sets of instructions that the computer takes in and acts upon. However, programming languages indicate the language of choice with which the programmer communicates with the computer.
Programming, however, can also be seen as a way by which the computer or programmer instructs the computer system to carry out a particular task. It is a transformational act that brings about changes in the status of tasks, for instance, from manual to computational.

What Is Qbasic Programming
Qbasic is known internationally to be a step-by-step or even sequential programming or language. As compared to other languages, such as Object-oriented language, it has no longer a standard structure according to programming style rules.
