Ways By Which Microsoft Word Can Be Launched.

Microsoft Word is known nationwide as a word processor used in editing, creating, and or formatting and saving a document. Microsoft word in other words is an example of a Word Processor Application.

Examples of a Word Processor

1. Word Pad
2. Ms Word
3. AbiWord
4. Kword
5. Word Perfect
6. Google Drive Document
7. Open Office Writer
8. Microsoft Works
9. Note Pad, serving as a text editor and at the same time an example of a word processor
10. Work pages etc

Loading Ms -Word

There are many ways by which Ms – Word can be launched, namely:

• Using the Keyboard
• Using the mouse from the start menu
• Using the Search box

Using the Keyboard

1. Hold down the windows key as you press the R key(Win+R)
2. From the run dialogue box, type winword
3. Press the enter key once

Using the Mouse

• Click on the start button on the taskbar
• Select and click on All Programs
• Click on Microsoft Office from the submenu given
• Select and click on Microsoft Word

Using the Search Box

1. Click in the search box on the taskbar
2. Type Microsoft Word
3. Press the enter key
