To Load Ms-Word Using The Keyboard

  • Hold the windows key down
  • Press the R key on the keyboard (R means Run)
  • Type in the dialogue box winword
  • Press the enter key once
  1. To bold a text or a word hold down the control key as you press the letter B(ctrl+B)
  2. To underline a text or a word, ctrl+u
  3. To italic a text or a sentence, ctrl + i
  4. To minimize windows to the taskbar, hold the alt+spacebar and press the letter N (alt+spacebar+n)
  5. To close an active window, alt+f4
  6. To shut the personal computer down, alt + F4
  7. To maximize a window and activate it from the taskbar, alt+the tab key to select and open
  8. To lock your window, ctrl + L
  9. To switch between applications on the taskbar, the alt + tab key
  10. To increase the font size of a text ctrl+shift+>
