Output Device

Every computer system has the main four/4 basic operations, helping users to perform their respective duties as required. These basic operations are as follows:

Input
Processing
Output and
Storage

The aforementioned has detailed and brief classifications and descriptions of each operation. Right after data or instructions are fed into the system, the machines have the ability to change or convert the raw format into meaningful information. This act is known as Processing.

The term Processing can also be defined as the act of transforming data from the source stage to a piece of meaningful information.

Output Device

They are devices that provide the final stage of the Information Processing Cycle (IPOS) classifications. These devices fetch for the user the transformed or the processed data, however, known to be called, WYSIWYG; (What You See Is What You Get)

Few Examples of Output Devices:

Monitor
Projector
Plotter
Speaker
Video Camera
Headphone

Tips: There are devices that act as both Input and at the same time Output Devices.
