Printing is referred to as printing a soft copy of what is inputted into the system after it has been processed into something meaningful, however, after this has been processed, the user now gives a command for an output.
The printer is one of the most important output devices that assists users in having a visible and touchable copy of a softcopy.
How to print a document or a file
- Click on the file button from the main menu or from the menu bar
- Point to Print and click on it
- In the print window, make an option, by selecting the number of pages, copies, and selections you want to print.
- Click to make other necessary changes, such as front and back or black or white printing.
- Ensure to select the printer type you want to use to print, this could be done due to the number of printers installed in the computer system.
- Click on apply if available
- Click on OK and the print button to execute the command
