How to launch MS Paint

MS Paint is an application that is widely used by many PC users nationwide. It comprises a graphical representation of features that may be needed by users. Toolbars containing the fill effect tool, font color tool, ruler, shapes, eraser, format painter, and numerous other related tools are a few examples of these features.

Formerly, MS Paint was considered to be one of the most used applications when there were no other graphic applications, such as Corel Draw, Publisher, PowerPoint, Print Artist, Photoshop, and others.

How to launch MS Paint

Follow the below steps when launching the MS Paint application:

1. Using the computer mouse, click on the start button located on the taskbar.
2. Select and click on All Programs
3. Click on Accessories
4. Click on Paint.

Using the Keyboard

• Hold down the windows key and press the letter R on the keyboard
• Type in the run dialogue box paint or MSPaint
• Press the enter key once.

Other Alternatives

Paint can also be loaded by double-clicking on the icon on either the taskbar or the computer desktop.

MS Paint can also be launched by typing the word MS Paint in the search box located on the taskbar.
