MSCONFIG COMMAND

In computing, the command or the syntax, thus msconfig command, is used by every single user to open the system configuration utility in Ms Windows( any version of Microsoft Windows, for example, Windows 7 & 8 ,or even 10 and 11)

The aforementioned utility is used to troubleshoot configuration errors that might prevent Windows from booting or starting correctly.

However, the aforementioned command also helps users of the PC  select options to temporarily prevent services and programs from loading during the bootup or Windows startup.

In addition, the command, however, also, helps you to isolate issues and determine if a particular service or startup program is causing a problem in the entire computer system.

This also provides with users options to change settings, such as the normal boot up or startup option, diagnostic startup as well, and selective startup options too.

How to launch MSCONFIG Window

1. Hold down the win key and press the letter R
2. Type in the run dialogue box, msconfig
3. Press the enter key or click on the Ok button.

Alternatively you can also type in the search box, run and press the enter or the return key. The result would be given  the run display dialogue box.
