Early Life

Michael Collins Ajareh, well-known in the music industry as Don Jazzy, is a producer, songwriter, singer,, and entrepreneur. Don was noted to have been born in the month of November, the 26th day of the year 1982. Jazzy hails from Delta State, Nigeria. Jazzy’s father is from Isoko in Delta State, and his mother is from Abia State.

Education

Don Jazzy attended his secondary school at Co-Educational High School, a federal government college in Lagos. He proceeded to enroll for a bachelor’s in business management at Ambrose Alli University in Ekpoma, Edo State.

Career

Don Jazzy developed an interest in music at an early age; at the age of 12, he started playing bass guitar and piano, and Jazzy also acquired knowledge of traditional instruments. In the year 2004, Don Jazzy came into agreement with DBang, and they created “MO HITS RECORDS”.

Don Jazzy was employed by Kenya West to be a producer on a very good beat. Jazzy worked as a team with Jay-Z and Kenya West on the production of Lift Off, where Beyonce was featured in the album Watch the Throne, released on the 8th day of August 2011. Don Jazzy made an announcement of his new record label, Marvin Records, on May 8, 2012.
