Select the rows that you want to group. You can do this by clicking and dragging over the row numbers on the left side of the Excel window.

Ensure to click on the selected rows(right-click) “Group” from the context menu. Alternatively, you can go to the “Data” tab in the Excel ribbon, click on the “Group” button in the “Outline” group, and select “Group Rows” from the drop-down menu.

Excel will group the selected rows together, and you will see a small minus sign (“-“) next to the row numbers. Clicking on this minus sign will collapse the grouped rows, and clicking on the plus sign (“+”) will expand them again.
